Velori Beauty UGC Terms of Use

These User Generated Content (“UGC”) Terms apply to any content you share with Velori Beauty and are intended to complement Velori Beauty’s general Terms of Service (“Standard Terms”). They do not replace them.

By replying with #ShareWithVelori, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to both these UGC Terms and the Standard Terms, including any arbitration provisions mentioned therein. If you do not agree, please do not respond with #ShareWithVelori. In case of any inconsistency between these UGC Terms and the Standard Terms, these UGC Terms will take precedence. Velori Beauty reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice by posting updates on its platforms or notifying users via email where applicable. Any capitalized terms not defined here will carry the meanings assigned in the Standard Terms.

Definition of UGC

“UGC” refers to any content created and shared by you online, including but not limited to photos, videos, reviews, captions, and related information such as your name, username, handle, profile image, likeness, and location details.

License Grant

By agreeing to these terms, you grant Velori Beauty, its affiliates, and subsidiaries a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable, and sublicensable license to use your UGC. This includes the right to reproduce, edit, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, display, and create derivative works from your content across any current or future media platforms. This may include usage on websites, social media, marketing campaigns, advertisements, emails, retail platforms, print materials, in-store displays, television, and other broadcast or digital channels.

Your Representations and Warranties

By sharing UGC, you confirm that: You own all rights to the content you submit. You have obtained consent from any individuals featured in the content to grant these rights. The use of your content by Velori Beauty will not violate any intellectual property or personal rights of any third party. You and any individuals appearing in the content are 18 years of age or older. Your content reflects your honest opinion based on genuine experience with Velori Beauty products. Your content does not falsely imply any association, endorsement, or affiliation with any person or entity.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Velori Beauty and its related parties from any claims, liabilities, damages, or demands (including negligence claims), whether known or unknown, arising from or related to the use of your UGC.
